The comics are in Jalilpur!

Today has been a very exciting day for Plain Ink!

We started distributing the first batch of comics to the pupils of the Aghoreshwar Gurukul in Jalilpur, a school that teaches 400 destitute children for free.

Children were also given food and soap, and taught the ‘Wash your Hands’ song, to start showing some real aspects of what the comics try to teach when it comes to health and hygiene.

We enjoyed the day at the school, and are truly happy to have reverted with the books the children helped us test and refine back in April.

A big thank you goes, of course, to everyone involved with it, starting with the school, the teachers and the staff.
